Cody’s Challenge 2013
The 2013 Cody’s Challenge is approaching again and we look forward to seeing a fantastic turn out of cyclists in Richhill on Sunday 20th October to support such a worthwhile cause.
The event was born out a desire to raise much needed funds for Children’s Heartbeat Trust , located at Clark Clinic in the Royal Belfast Hospital in memory of Cody Gallagher, son to Judith and Stephen Gallagher. During Cody’s time at Clark Clinic the medical team provided unconditional love, support and care to both Cody and the family circle.
In 2013 Cody’s Challenge will take place in conjunction with Steady Cycling Club on Sunday 20th October2013. The sportive boasts two distances of 50 and 70 miles which facilitates both recreational and competitive cyclists alike. The routes are based on last year’s course with the feed station at Aghaloo GAA club in Aughnacoly and the finish back in Richhill reaction centre for some well-earned refreshments.
