About us
Killinchy Cycling Club was formed in November 2012 in County Down, Northern Ireland catering for cyclists who enjoy a full range of cycling activities. These activities include weekend and weeknight Club road cycles, leisure sportive/charity events, road racing, TT’s and off-road biking.
The Club since formation continues year on year to attract new members of all abilities.
As well as our many social events and cycling trips, we run an annual charity cycle the K100 every August as well as Inter-Club time trail series.
Killinchy Cycling Club seeks to promote cycling as a recreational sporting activity and to be enjoyed by all members. We have strong community links and have raised funds via our charity events for example to Parkinsons NI, Tiny Life, Chest Heart and Stroke and the local foodbank.
Based in Killinchy Village we have rides that leave both Killinchy and nearby Lisbane Village, catering for all levels of fitness and ability from beginners to racers.
Newcomers are most welcome and don’t worry, we never leave anyone behind!
