Final round of XC Spring League & we have KCC winners!

Once again KCC were very well represented today at the third and final round of the XMTB Spring XC League. First to hit the mucky trails were Elliot and Rudi in the Under 8’s, Elliot rode well to finish in 3rd place, with Rudi not too far behind. Next up was the Under 10’s with Reuben and Gracie. Gracie rode well in the tricky conditions and finished well up the field. Reuben rode strongly from the outset to finish in 1st place and take the overall Spring League title (WINNER YET AGAIN!!). Next was the Under 12’s with Andrew and Patrick, they both rode strong and finished well up the field. Then it was onto ‘hill repeat’ Drew in the Under 16’s who after a mechanical finished a brilliant 3rd overall!

Adult B Race had 3 members flying the KCC flag, James, Michael and Geoff. Everybody had a great race, but Geoff (the oldest of the group) finished 1st overall!

Then onto the Adult A Race, were after a week of ‘man flu’ (excuses excuses) Scott rode well and managed to finish in 3rd place overall in the League.

Well done to everyone and to XMTB for running a great series – great to see the black and orange out mixing it!!!!!
