St Patricks Day Coastal Cycle
Thanks to all the club riders who turned up today to do the Coastal Cycle Twelve in total & the crack was mighty, we had another nice fry at the Cuan ( all be it we had too wait awhile). everyone got around the 50+ miles and a BIG well done to Stuart & Charlie for breaking the 50 mile mark.
Saint Patricks Day Cycle 18/03/13
Meeting Community Hall @ 08.20 for an 08.30 start. Meeting a few in Comber Square 08.45. Pace will be easy as this is a Newbie/Novice day to encourage new cyclist to the club & let them get the feel of being part a group. We plan to do Ards Pennisula and over ferry, get a feed in Strangford, then head home via Downpatrick. All welcome.
KCC Maracycle in aid of GOSH
On 29th & 30th June 2013 several KCC members will be participating in the Cooperation Ireland Maracycle. The club’s designated charity for the event is the Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) Hyperinsulinism Fund. Newcastle Club Run 16/02/13
A big thanks to the eight members who turned up today for Stephen’s mini epic for his pre-wedding brunch. The craic & banter was mighty as usual (however we did have a toys out of the pram moment by Neill), but all in all a great club run with a great bunch of guys. Oh, and we did slightly exceed our mileage 😉 Cheers Drew

16-02-13 @ 08.00 (SHARP) we’re leaving Killinchy Community Hall. We’re heading to Newcastle for a bite to eat & then home via the back roads. It will be a leisurely spin, so ALL welcome!! Probably 55-60 miles, average 16-17mph!!

Committee meeting 6th February
The committee are having a formal meeting about the club & how we can progress. We hope to discuss new members, child protection, sportive/leisure events & future commitments from its members.
